2012 Crossfit Games - Yeah, I did it.

Why? To push myself, learn new skills, and be accountable to myself and my box. It was FUN! 


12.1 - 7 minutes of burpees. Score: 81.  

12.2 - 45 pound snatch. Score: 30. Didn't even attempt the 75 pound snatch. 

12.3 - 15 Box jumps, 20" box, 75 pound Push press, 12 reps, 9 Toes-to-bar in 18 min. Score: 68.

12.4 - Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of: 150 Wall balls (14lbs to 9' target)
90 Double-unders. 30 Muscle-ups. Score: 122. 

12.5 - Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes following the rep scheme below: 65 pound Thruster, 3 reps then 3 Chest to bar Pull-ups. Score: 4.
