How to convert the P90x Nutrition Plan to grams?


You don't REALLY need to know how many grams of protein, carbohydrates and fat you need to eat on the 90x plan because the portion approach and the recipe approach do all the math for you. But, alot of people ask for these numbers. It is still recommended to follow the meal plans and not just try to fill in your diet based on the numbers.

PHASE ONE, Level One (1800 calories)
Protein - 900 calories
Carbs - 540 calories
Fat – 360 calories

PHASE ONE, Level Two (2400 calories)
Protein – 1200 calories
Carbs - 720 calories
Fat – 480 calories

PHASE ONE, Level Three (3000 calories)
Protein - 1500 calories
Carbs - 900 calories
Fat - 600 calories

PHASE TWO, Level One (1800 calories)
Protein - 720 calories
Carbs - 720 calories
Fat - 360 calories

PHASE TWO, Level Two (2400 calories)
Protein - 960 calories
Carbs - 960 calories
Fat – 480 calories

PHASE TWO, Level Three (3000 calories)
Protein - 1200 calories
Carbs - 1200 calories
Fat – 600 calories
