Get Shredded - The Asylum Meal Plan

In anticipation of starting Asylum, I'm looking through the meal plan guide. Here's the rundown:

1. Eat frequently - 5-6 small meals per day.
2. Go light at night - makes you last meal of the day the smallest.
3. Watch your portions.
4. Eat lean. Avoid processed food.
5. Carbs: focus on whole grains, fruits and veggies instead of refined white carbs.
6. Avoid dairy. Look for alternatives, like almond or rice milk.
7. Hydrate.
8. Limit alcohol.
9. Don't fear fat. Find healthy fats, like those in avocados and nuts.
10. Supplement. Results and Recovery formula is important during Asylum.

Sounds reasonable, huh? Pretty much what I follow every day anyway. =)
