Shakeology 3 Day Cleanse


I am starting a 3 week Eat Clean Challenge on Facebook on Monday and I'm thinking a Shakeology cleanse would be PERFECT to do before we start. I want to be super fit for summer and I thought this would be a great way to kick it off!

So, how do you do this 3 day cleanse? Here are the details!

1 cup of green tea to start your day

Breakfast: 1 scoop Shakeology, 1/2 cup fruit, ice, and 8-10 oz water - 200-250 calories

Snack: 1 piece of fruit - 80-100 calories

Lunch: 1 scoop Shakeology, ice, and 8-10 oz water - 140 calories

1 cup of green tea or other detox tea

Snack (either before or after dinner): 1 scoop shakeology, ice, 8-10 oz water - 140 calories

Dinner: Salad with 4 oz grilled white fish, poultry, or beans if you are vegetarian. 2 tablespoons of low fat dressing - 350 calories

About 800-1100 calories per day.

Lots of water during this cleanse also!
